Sound baths, sauna and wild swimming are well known to be beneficial to wellbeing. However they're not appropriate for everyone. If you have any of the following, please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to attend:

any heart or circulatory disorder

are prone to dizziness or fainting

recent major surgery (within the past 6 months)

Journey to the Sussex countryside to the beautiful Southdowns Retreat, the location for Crystal Waves: Sound, Sauna and Swim.
During this two and a half hour Mini Retreat, you will spend the afternoon resting and healing: a blissful sound healing in a cosy studio, followed by a sauna with a breathtaking view, and swim in a unique wild swimming pool.
Come and rest.
We will gather in the cabin, looking out over the Sussex countryside.
The session will start with welcoming everyone to this special event.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows and cushions are most welcome.
In the winter, we’ll be cocooned in the warmth of the cabin's log burner.
In the summer, we'll have the warm breeze coming in through the studio's bifold doors, giving a sense of being outside.

Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst away from it all in the countryside.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.
After a grounding and comforting piece of homemade cake, we will head to the sauna for a different kind of relaxation.
When the warmth of the sauna has raised your energy.....
...you can cool down in the unique natural swimming pool. The water is clear and refreshing, with zero chemicals added.
A totally invigorating experience.
And then back to the sauna to warm up. You can dip in and out of the pool whenever you like.
Hand blended herbal tea and water is on hand to hydrate you.
You'll head home relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
