Sound baths and wild swimming are well known to be beneficial to wellbeing. However they're not appropriate for everyone. If you have any of the following, please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to attend:​

A rare opportunity to experience a discreet and highly exclusive space, seldom made available to the public.
Journey into the Sussex countryside to The Cottage — a rarely opened, Grade II listed timber-framed hall, quietly set within private grounds at The Secret Water Garden.
During this special gathering, you will spend the afternoon in rest and restoration: a deeply immersive sound healing within this secluded heritage space, followed by time in the surrounding gardens and a dip in the unique wild swimming pool.
Come and rest.
We will gather in The Cottage, surrounded by traditional English gardens in bloom. Bees buzzing.
The session will start with welcoming everyone to this special event.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows and cushions are most welcome.
In the summer, we'll have the warm breeze coming in through the studio's bifold doors, giving a sense of being outside.

Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst away from it all in the countryside.

Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

After a grounding and comforting piece of homemade cake, we will head to the gardens to absorb the peaceful energy of the pool and the flora.

There are private spaces for you to be alone, if you choose; the rose garden, the pagoda, the fountain.
You might want to journal, meditate, or just be.
Experience the healing power of water
The natural swimming pool is yours to experience as you wish. Offering its benefits whether you enter it fully for a quiet dip, or simply sit beside it.
If you'd rather not fully immerse, stone steps and surrounding space invite stillness, allowing you to take in the presence of the water at your own pace.

This is not a place for laps or noise, but for gentle connection — a body of water to be approached with calm and intention.
Completely free from chemicals, the water remains clear, cool, and deeply refreshing.

Poolside drinks are available to hydrate you.
You'll head home relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
