October 2025 Sound Healing Attendee
Come and experience sound healing in a spiritual sanctuary.
You will experience deep rest, in a deeply sacred location, soothed by the sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, drums, chimes and other healing instruments.
Your cells will tingle as you enjoy the the silent connection of being with likeminded others.
Stillness. Rest. Healing. Peace.
We will gather in the sanctuary of Hove Methodist Church.
After the greeting and introduction, we get comfy on either a mat or a pew - blankets, pillows, cushions are most welcome.
Tickets are available either for those who prefer to lie down on a mat, or for those who are happy to be seated.
The church will be atmospherically lit, for a relaxing ambience.

Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of incense cleanses your energy field.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.
You will have experienced one hour of glorious sound healing. Take it slow and easy as you get ready to head home.

There is plentiful, on street (paid) parking in the surrounding roads.

I create beautiful sound healing experiences. I'm motivated to host events that I would love to attend myself. And I appreciate the importance of tea and cake. You'll usually find me playing my crystal bowls on the beach, or in another magical location.
