Sound healing involves the therapeutic use of sound frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing. How cool is that?
The sound frequencies are produced from crystal bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments.
During the session you will sit or lie in a comfortable position, and relax whilst listening to the soothing sounds from the instruments I play.
The sounds you will hear are very safe, and the instruments come with no known health warnings.
On rare occasions, some individuals may experience discomfort or sensitivity to the sound. If this happens, please quietly leave the area.

Whilst sound healing can be beneficial for health, it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical or psychological care as needed.

Sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing, but may not be suitable for everyone. If you:

-

-
suffer from Tinnitus or Ménière’s disease
-
are diagnosed with psychosis or other severe mental health issue
please check with your healthcare provider before attending.
By making a booking you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
