Journey to the Sussex countryside to the beautiful Pitfield Barn, the location for our Yuletide Sound Healing Sanctuary.
During this two hour Mini Retreat, you will spend the afternoon resting and healing, immersed in the sounds and scents of Christmas.
A perfect way to welcome in the the festive season.
Two hours away from screens, cocooned in the cosy studio at Pitfield Barn.
The tones of the healing instruments will make your cells tingle.
It's Christmassy, in an understated, yet traditional way.
Strengthening and clearing your subtle energy system.
Picking a seasonal oracle card for a message from the universe.
The comfort and grounding of homemade festive cake and handblended herbal tea.
Come and rest.
We will gather in the studio at Pitfield Barn, looking out at the winter flower field. The session will start with a cup of tea and a piece of homemade cake.
We will begin with a ritual to open our hearts. Don’t worry, you won’t have to speak up or share what’s on your mind. I just want to help you shed the stresses of normal busy life, so you can make the most of your time at the Yuletide Sound Healing Sanctuary.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can. A mat and sheepskin is provided for you to lie on, but blankets, pillows, cushions and even duvets are most welcome. The studio is equipped with underfloor heating, so we will be very snug.
You'll be cocooned in festive winter energy.
Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst a gentle Christmas scent floats in the air.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.
I will invite you to pick an oracle card, and you can mull over its guidance whilst enjoying homemade festive sweet treat to ground and comfort you.
You'll leave the retreat relaxed, comforted, and nurtured.
And before you leave, don't forget to take your retreat gift with you.

Pitfield Barn is a flower farm, committed to growing local flowers with a natural and organic approach.
It is run by flower farmers cultivating a wonderful selection of British flowers on land specially prepared and irrigated for cut flower growing. The flower fields are surrounded by native hedging species, with trees and hedgerows rich with birds and wildlife.
Locally grown Sussex Christmas trees will be available for you to purchase at the farm, at the end of the retreat.

I create beautiful sound healing experiences. I'm motivated to host events that I would love to attend myself. And I appreciate the importance of tea and cake. You'll usually find me playing my crystal bowls on the beach, or in another magical location.
