On the Spring Equinox, journey to the Sussex countryside to Truleigh Centre, the location for our Springtime Sound Healing Sanctuary.

During this two hour Mini Retreat, you will spend the evening resting and healing, immersed in the sounds and scents of Springtime.
​
A perfect way to welcome in the the season of rebirth and growth.
​
Two hours away from screens, cocooned in the nurturing studio at Truleigh Centre.
​
The tones of the healing instruments will make your cells tingle.
​
The silent connection of sharing space with like minded humans.
​
Honouring the season with bespoke springtime meditation and ritual.
​
Strengthening and clearing your subtle energy system.
​
Picking a seasonal oracle card for a message from the universe.
​
The comfort and grounding of homemade springtime treats and handblended herbal tea.
Come and rest.
We will gather in the studio at Truleigh Centre, looking out at the inspiring views of the countryside, out towards the sea.

We will begin with a seasonal ceremony, designed specifically for this event. Don’t worry, you won’t have to speak up or share what’s on your mind. My aim is for us to honour the season, in a contemporary way.
I want to help you shed the stresses of normal busy life, so you can make the most of your time at the Springtime Sound Healing Sanctuary.
Then we will lie down...
...making sure we are super comfy - blankets, pillows, cushions and even duvets are most welcome.

Giving your body everything it needs to be comfy, will transport you to a state of rest not often experienced in your normal day to day.

Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of Springtime floats in the air.

Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

I will invite you to pick an oracle card, and you can mull over its guidance whilst enjoying a homemade Springtime treat to ground and comfort you.
