Let's welcome in fresh new energy and light.
Journey to the Sussex countryside, to the Innerbloom dome; a cocoon-like sanctuary for energy healing.
​
During this two and a half hour Mini Retreat, you will shed old, unhelpful energy from the previous year, and head into 2025 with an infusion of fresh, new energy.
​
This isn't a retreat about goal setting, or committing to new health regimes; this is a ceremony to infuse your energy system with the light and energy that is slowly rising all around us.
​
Leaving you refreshed and revived for the coming months.
​
A perfect way to welcome in the the new year.
Come and rest.
We will gather in the dome at Innerbloom, and you will be welcomed with a herbal tea.
​
We will begin with a fire ritual, to release the unwanted, stagnant energy that we don't want to bring with us into the new year.
​
We may even cast a spell, or two.
​
You don't have to speak up, or share what you are releasing, unless that's what you prefer. This can be a quiet, personal practice.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows, cushions and even duvets are most welcome.
The studio has a soft floor and views of the downs, so we will have a perfect environment to benefit from the sound healing.
Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of hand-blended, herbal, incense cleanses your energy field.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

I will invite you to pick an oracle card, and you can mull over its guidance whilst enjoying homemade cake to ground and comfort you.
​
Finally, there will be some free time where you can lie and rest, sit by the fire or journal; whatever you need the most.

And ready to accept the gifts the universe is bringing to you, in the coming year.
