Are you ready for a uniquely magical experience?
Come and experience deep rest outside, immersed in the healing energy of Nature, soothed by the sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, drums and chimes.

An hour away from screens, the hypnotic lapping of the waves. Being completely grounded by sitting directly on Planet Earth herself.
The tones of the healing instruments will make your cells tingle.
The silent connection of sitting in circle with others.
The scent of incense will be floating on the breeze to create a sanctuary for us.

Come and rest.
We will gather outside in nature, sitting on planet earth, in the morning before the calls and emails have started.
Then we will lie down...
...getting as comfy and cosy as we can - hot water bottles, blankets, pillows and even sleeping bags are most welcome. Even if it's warm weather, the breeze on the beach and lying still can sometimes be chilly. Being as snug as a bug in a rug, whilst lying outside, is a magical experience.

You’ll hear the waves, feel the cool air on your face and smell the smoky aroma of incense as you close your eyes and empty your mind.

Whilst you are resting...
Whilst you are resting, you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, with the sound of the waves lapping to soothe your nervous system.
​
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the vibrations of the instruments.
You will experience 50 minutes of sound healing. When it's time to open your eyes again, you can stay to drink your hot drink, or continue with the rest of your day.
