Step into deep rest and resonance.
The Sound Salon invites you to an intimate gathering of restorative sound, hosted in a private, stylish residence.

Slip into deep rest as you are immersed in the resonance of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments — a carefully curated soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.
​
The sound healing is followed by a restorative and cleansing sauna session, and a swim in the sublime magnesium swimming pool
​
This is a gathering for those who appreciate beauty, stillness, and connection. A private sanctuary where sound becomes art, and rest becomes ritual.

Stillness. Resonance. Renewal.
We will gather in the stylish sanctuary at Princes Square.
After the greeting and introduction, we will lie down, getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows, cushions are most welcome. ​
One side of the room has views of the garden and pool, so you can feel completely at one with nature, whilst being safe and warm inside.

Whilst you are resting...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of hand-blended, herbal, incense cleanses your energy field.
Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.
When it's time to open your eyes again...
...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

You will have experienced one hour of glorious sound healing and will be ready to head to the sauna for a different kind of relaxation.
When the warmth of the sauna has raised your energy.....
...you can cool down in the swimming pool. The water is gently treated with magnesium salts for extra health benefits, and the avoidance of harsh chemicals.​

And then back to the sauna to warm up. You can dip in and out of the pool whenever you like.

I create beautiful sound healing experiences. I'm motivated to host events that I would love to attend myself. And I appreciate the importance of tea and cake. You'll usually find me playing my crystal bowls on the beach, or in another magical location.
