As a rule, tickets are non-refundable, similar to any other tickets you might purchase for performances or shows, like cinema, theatre and gigs.

If you can no longer make it to an event you've booked on to, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else to come in your place.  Please just let me know who is coming, so I know who to expect.

For Sound Baths at Truleigh Centre and Hove Methodist Church:

• If you can no longer make the event, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone you know. Please just let me know who will be coming in your place.  The ticket is non-refundable.

• In some circumstances, I will be able to transfer your ticket on to another sound bath in the future.  You must let me know several days in advance if you can no longer make the event, and I will let you know if this is a possibility or not.

• If you have arrived after the start of the sound bath when there is no admittance, your ticket will not be refunded and you will be unable to transfer it to a future event.

For Sound, Sauna & Swim at the South Downs Retreat:

• If you can no longer come to one of my Sound, Sauna & Swim events, I can offer you a refund only if there is a waitlist and someone on the waitlist purchases your ticket.  The more notice you give me, the more likely I will be able to re-sell your ticket.

• If there is no waitlist, a refund will not be given. However, you are welcome to sell/give your ticket to someone you know. Please just let me know who will be coming in your place.​​

• If you are running late, please let me know asap.  It is not possible to let you in to the sound bath once it has started, and in this situation, your ticket will not be refunded.

 

For Sound Healings on the beach in Shoreham:

• If you can no longer make the event, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone you know. Please just let me know who will be coming in your place.

• In some circumstances, I will be able to transfer your ticket on to another beach event in the future.  You must let me know several days in advance if you can no longer make the event, and I will let you know if this is a possibility or not.

• A refund will not be given (except if I have to cancel the event due to bad weather - see below).

 

For private events where you have booked me for your group:

• A full refund will be given for cancellations 7 days or more before the event.

• A 50% refund will be given for cancellations between 6 days and 48hrs before the event.

• No refund will be given for cancellations within 48hrs of the event.

 

If I have to cancel an event due to bad weather, or any other reason:

• I will offer you a refund or you can transfer your ticket onto another event.

• I will only offer a refund if the event is cancelled by me.
