Step into deep rest and resonance.
Journey to the Sussex countryside, to the Innerbloom dome; a cocoon-like sanctuary for energy healing.
This two hour Breathe Into Sound session, invites participants to unwind, soften, and release what they no longer need to carry.
The experience weaves together a full conscious connected breathwork session, which glides seamlessly into a sound healing journey.
Held within the sacred geometry of the geodesic dome and surrounded by nature, this is a space to land, to listen deeply, and to leave feeling renewed in body and spirit.
We will gather in the dome at Innerbloom.
After the greeting and introduction, we will lie down, getting as comfy and cosy as we can. Your body will be supported with a bolsters and pillows, so that you feel fully at ease and physically relaxed.
The studio has a soft floor and views of the downs, so we will have a perfect environment to benefit from the breathwork and sound healing.

We start with the magic of breathwork.
The breathwork session offers a guided journey into conscious connected breathing, a circular breath technique that uses a continuous flow between inhale and exhale.
This practice works directly with the body and nervous system, helping to shift awareness out of everyday mental activity and into a more present, embodied state.
As the breath deepens and rhythm builds...
...it can begin to unlock held patterns within the system. This may include physical tension, emotional residue, and long held stress responses.
The process is supported, contained, and guided throughout, allowing whatever arises to move through in a safe and grounded way. Many people experience this work as both powerful and subtle, often describing shifts such as emotional release, deep clarity, inner spaciousness, and a felt sense of reconnection.

After the breathwork, there is a dedicated integration period.
This is a vital part of the experience, where the body and nervous system are given space to settle, reorganise, and absorb the work that has taken place.
The integration will be supported through a live sound bath.
The sound bath offers a deeply restorative environment for the system to down regulate, soften, and fully integrate the breathwork experience.
During the sound bath...
...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of hand-blended, herbal, incense cleanses your energy field.
Whilst fully relaxed, your body will absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.
[Sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing, but may not be suitable for everyone. Please check the information here before booking.]

When it's time to open your eyes again...
...you will be welcomed gently back into a wakeful energy.
You'll head home relaxed, fortified, and unburdened.

Melanie Flower is a sound healer based in Brighton & Hove, offering sound baths, retreats, and private sessions. She creates calm, welcoming spaces where people can take a break from busy lives and have some time to themselves.
She studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge and worked as a nutritional therapist for many years, giving her a solid grounding in health and wellbeing before moving into sound work.
Her focus is on creating events that feel like a real treat - something you genuinely look forward to, not just something that’s “good for you.” She carefully chooses beautiful venues as part of the experience, so the setting feels just as considered as the session itself.
People come for different reasons, but often say they leave feeling like they’ve properly switched off for the first time in a long while. Some notice deeper rest or better sleep afterwards, others describe unexpected insights, or seeing colours and visuals during the session. Melanie regularly hears that her sound baths feel unlike anything people have experienced before, with several people saying it was the best sound bath they’ve ever been to.
Her sessions are simple and accessible—no pressure, no expectations. Just time to lie down, listen, and let your body relax to the sounds of gongs and singing bowls.
