I am currently loving this mini Qi Gong (pronounced ‘chee-gung’) routine. I decided to try Qi Gong, which is a bit like Tai Chi, a couple of weeks ago after hearing how it improved energy levels.
Before investing in a DVD, I had a search on YouTube and found this mini routine. At only seven minutes long, the time investment is easy to make, and I have to say that I did actually feel different afterwards; more clear headed and alert.
