An easy way to get yoga into your life

I've been doing a bit of yoga.  Not much, but a bit.  And I attribute this practise to the excellentness of the Yoga Studio iPad app that I've downloaded.  It's probably the best thing I've got on my iPad (well, that and the Jamie Oliver app).  When I downloaded it it was £1.99, and the value for money is tremendous - there are hours of yoga classes to follow, for all different abilities and for varying lengths of time.

What I love most about yoga is that it helps me to stretch out if I feel like I've been screwed up in a ball for too long; I find it quite liberating.  But don't get me wrong, I'm really not a traditional yoga person - I don't change into a stylish outfit to do it (usually I don't change at all), and I don't devote an hour a day to it.  Not even an hour a week!  I can usually only squeeze in a 10 minute routine here and there, but 10 minutes is certainly better than nothing and it allows me to remain interested; anything much longer would make it feel like a chore.
