Mini Qi Gong Routine

I am currently loving this mini Qi Gong (pronounced 'chee-gung') routine.  I decided to try Qi Gong, which is a bit like Tai Chi, a couple of weeks ago after hearing how it improved energy levels.

Poor energy is something that we have probably all suffered from at some point, and the causes can be unclear and therefore it is sometimes difficult to treat.


Before investing in a DVD, I had a search on YouTube and found this mini routine.  At only seven minutes long, the time investment is easy to make, and I have to say that I did actually feel different afterwards; more clear headed and alert.

Try it.  A free class at only seven minutes long?  What have you got to lose!
